1) It just isn’t you?
a.You can return any item within seven days of receiving your print for a full refund. Just send back in the original packaging. Drop us an email and we will even pick up the shipping. We will issue either a prepaid FedEx or UPS shipping label.
2) Over a week and it still hasn’t grown on you?
a. After the seven- day honeymoon and this just doesn’t work for you? We will still take the print back up to thirty days of receiving your print.
b. There will be a 15% restocking fee and you have to provide the shipping.
c. In order to receive a refund print has to be as you received it, damage free.
3) Damaged Goods?
a. Receiving a damaged print is extremely rare. Your print was quality checked at the lab and then checked by me personally. But things happen along the way, so either call us or email us within 48 hours of receiving your print.
All of our prints are specially packaged at the lab. I personally double check the quality of your print and ensure that it is re-packed with special care. Our goal is to fill your walls with as many prints as we can. We can only accomplish this if you are happy beyond belief with your purchase. With that being said we will do everything in our power to accommodate.
